IOTW│Colorful Fantasy

Hello, there!!

Like last week's illustration of the week, the illustration of this week is slightly more complex than my past designs. After using bold and warm colors in last week's illustration, I wanted to dive back into using cool, almost pastel-like colors. I love the color combination of pink, blue, and purple, so that is what I ended up using for this design.

I guess you could say that I pulled inspiration from a fantasy-theme of sorts. When I look at this illustration, I immediately think of fairies. I thought this design could also pass as having princess-like elements, but most princesses I recall (especially when it comes to Disney) have long, ball gowns/dresses. I really wish the bottom of the dress blended better where the purple and blue meet. Other than that, I can honestly say that I love how this turned out!!
